*Removal of trash buried in a trash pit when my home was constructed
*Replacement of my concrete sidewalk which had sunk because of settling materials buried in the trash pit
*Replacement & repair of a retaining wall alongside my driveway
Professional Concrete assigned personnel with the proper knowledge and job comprehension to compete the project in a timely manner. Each employee took ownership in the project and conducted their work as if they owned it. Employees displayed considerable pride in their work.
The Project Manager, Wes, effectively communicated with me during the entire project to be sure I understood “time frames” and what was being accomplished. While I had no concerns, he made himself available to address any concerns that I might have had.
I was exceedingly pleased with the concrete work done for me by Professional Concrete. I would use them again if another concrete project is needed and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Designing Your Concrete Project – tips from the Atlanta concrete specialist

Another step in providing a quality concrete project is looking at all the design options. Being a concrete contractor in Georgia I often see folks who decide to have a concrete project done and they jump into the project without getting a qualified contractor to design a project that will best fit their needs. In this series the first step to having a professional project completed by a qualified concrete contractor was planning for your concrete project. The next step you will want to think about in your project is designs options.
Today’s concrete can be formed into practically any shape, texture, pattern, or color. It’s a way of adding a new dimension of quality and elegance to your home, at a reasonable cost. Decorative concrete is becoming more common simply because it adds to the uniqueness of your
project.
Pattern stamping is an exotic and colorful way to enhance ordinary concrete paving. Essentially, the driveway is cast-in-place concrete which has been colored and imprinted with a pattern designed to look like brick, tile, cobblestone, or other various patterns. Textured finishes include bromide, swirl, or exposed aggregate.
You can also add texture by adding brick or stone borders. There are so many options to chose from that you can now chose a style, color, pattern or design that represents your unique personality, making the concrete project your own.

As professional concrete contractors it is always our privilege to provide customers with top quality work. We started this driveway replacement job by going out and
providing the client with a quote. In the quote we established that the client more than likely had a trash pit underneath her driveway. We determined this was the reason that her driveway was disintegrating, cracking and sinking. Most home owners don’t realize they have a trash pit and it comes as quite a shock. Once we remove the construction debris, we refill the existing hole with gravel and recycled concrete. We compact this fill material every six inches, giving t
he driveway a stable and firm foundation on which to be constructed. This job turned out nicely and the home owner was thoroughly pleased with the entire project.
